THE CALL FOR PREVIOUSLY STAGED NATIONAL PLAYS HAS CLOSED
The call for previously staged national plays for the Argentine theater section of the 9th Buenos Aires International Festival (FIBA), to be held from October 5 to 19, closed with great success. The Festival, one of the most important in Latin America, brings together the artistic diversity expressed in the new aesthetic quests and the current trends in theater, dance, visual and sound arts. Great artists on the national and international drama scene are part of this prestigious event. The selected plays will be announced on this website on Friday, June 28.
GERMAN ROZENMACHER AWARD 2013
This year, 152 works were submitted for consideration for the 9th Germán Rozenmacher Award for New Theatre Writing (for authors under 36 years of age), organized by FIBA and the Centro Cultural Ricardo Rojas. The winners will be announced by the end of May by a jury composed of Andrea Garrote, Jorge Dubatti and Mariano Saba.
